All orders directly shipped from Woodworks Toys via USPS. ALL orders sent from Woodworks Toys under $100.00 are shipped at a cost of $9.00.
ANY orders of +$100.00 or greater are shipped FREE of charge!*
ALL orders will be shipped using the least expensive method of shipping. Methods used maybe USPS, UPS or FedEx depending upon cost and area to be shipped to.
*Does NOT apply to MAXIM or GADGET MASTER products!!!! MAXIM AND GADGET MASTER products have individual shipping and handling charges due to size.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Any Whittle item/s returned for exchange or refund will receive our prompt attention. Please be sure to insure your package and we recommmend using a shipper that will allow you to track the delivery status. A 20% restocking fee will be charged on all returns. If it is an exchange and merchandise will be shipped back to you we do charge a fee of $5.00 to cover the shipping. MAXIM Refund, Return and Cancelation Polices: for any refunds, returns or cancelations please call us at 562-207-2988. Woodworks Toys is not responsible for these polices and must adhere to any stipulations made by Maxim for refunds, returns or cancelations.
Maxim orders are shipped 48 to 72 business hours after having been received.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Orders shipped outsie of the United States must be paid for with a credit card and will be charged for incurred costs of shipping and packaging.
